Welcome to the endless desert, my friends—Alto’s Odyssey launched today for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV! We’ve had the last few weeks to test it out and while a lot of the in-game mechanics are the same, we found this serene sandboarding odyssey a thoroughly satisfying follow up to the original.
On iOS 10 and earlier, reviews could be sorted by app version. With iOS 11.3 and up, iPhone and iPad users have the ability to filter app or game reviews in App Store by four different categories, including the most helpful and most recent.
Apple customers have long been able to designate any user-submitted app review as helpful in order to help App Store surface apps and games that are relevant to their personal tastes. Coupled with iOS 11.3’s new sorting options in App Store, this helps others filter only the most helpful reviews.
Microsoft released a monster of an update today for users of its OneDrive storage app for iOS. Included in the lengthy list of features is support for iOS 11’s Files app, drag and drop, preview support for more than 130 formats, landscape mode on iPhone X and so much more.
Finally! No longer shall App Store show old, irrelevant reviews dating as far back as 2008 for some users thanks to another much appreciated change in iOS 11.3 that allow you to sort the app reviews according to four distinct categories.
